$ 5 1899 Series Indian Chief Silver Certificate. Natural honest wear Seems like about half one sees have a pin hole some where. This one has one next to the tiny C near the act of 1886 . At least not in the face. Just barely seen without a loupe. Light soiling No tears Just a little nicer than usually seen
