Handmade silk highlighted Persian Ardebil rug. Size 3.2x4.11 feet, made of fine quality baby lamb's wool pile on cotton foundation, all natural vegetable dye, the lovely rug incorporates historic tribal and geometric pattren elements with a row of three large tribal medallions on a rich and heavy color palette and is framed beautifully by a multi-layer border. Hand woven in Ardebil, Iran. The approximate year of origin: 1990-1995
