The natural rubies - the solid prong-set faceted oval center stone and the channel-set faceted squares on the shoulders - have a total weight of 86 points. The diamonds have a total weight of 5 points and are channel-set on either side of the oval ruby. Their clarity grade is SI1, and their color grade is H-I.
The ring is 10k yellow gold. It weighs 1.54 grams.
