With only 45 stars known compared to the 3,307 regular issues, the opportunities to acquire these notes is far scarcer than the collectors that desire them. Only 7 pieces graded higher than this one have ever crossed the auction block--with a significant price increase as the grade improves. PMG comments pinholes on the back of the holder which reference a single set of staple holes that can only be detected upon backlighting...likely why the graders didn't feel it was objectionable enough to receive the net designation. The rarity otherwise remains problem-free with terrific eye-appeal.
